Required products :

  • dock connection
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • a few green onion feathers
  • 3 tablespoons yogurt
  • a few sprigs of fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon dry broth (vegetable)
  • 2-3 sprigs of mint
  • connection fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

 

Method of preparation :

Chop green onions and garlic.

 

Fry half of them for 2 minutes in a little oil.

 

Wash and cut the dock.

 

Add to the bowl with the garlic and onion, stir.

 

Stew for a minute, then pour the rice and pour 2 teaspoons of boiling water.

 

Let the products remain on the stove until the rice is semi-cooked (about 10-15 minutes).

 

Build from yogurt and egg, which you beat together.
