How To Cook Soup Of Sorrel, Cabbage And Potatoes With Pork Broth - Recipe

Required products :
 
200-300 grams of pork ribs (or bone-in meat)
2-3 potatoes
200 grams of fresh cabbage
300 grams of sorrel
1 onion
parsley to taste
salt and ground black pepper to taste
sour cream for serving
 
Method of preparation :
 
Boil the pork in 2-2.5 liters of water, separate the meat from the bone and strain the broth. In it, cook the finely chopped cabbage until semi-finished.
Peel the potatoes and onions, cut them into cubes.
Cut the sorrel and parsley into small pieces.
Add potatoes, onions, sorrel and parsley to the semi-finished cabbage. Leave the soup on the stove until the vegetables are fully cooked.
Season the soup with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Serve with sour cream.
