Necessary products:

 

  • 160 grams of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 240 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 160 grams of flour
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 20 grams of cocoa powder
  • oil to spread the form

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder, and in another bowl, beat the egg whites with the sugar. In the third put the yolks and cream. Beat until creamy and combine with the egg whites.

Pour the mixture into the flour and mix with a wooden spoon until you get a sticky dough. Divide it into two parts and color the first one with cocoa.

Grease and flour the oblong cake tin, pour some of the chocolate mixture, add some of the white and alternate until the cocoa mixture is done. Finish with the white and bake for 40 minutes.

 

Cool, cut and serve.
