Necessary products:

 

  • 100 grams of soy
  • 3/4 tea cup of soy water
  • half a teaspoon of paprika
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 30 grams of tomato puree
  • olive oil for frying
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • dried oregano and basil

 

Method of preparation:


Wash and soak the soy overnight and boil it the next day. It takes about 2-3 hours in an ordinary saucepan and about an hour under pressure.

Set aside 3/4 tea cup of broth. Drain and cool the beans and grind them in a blender, and with the help of boiling water, puree to the desired density.

Heat olive oil and fry the onion until soft. Add it to the soy, season with paprika, basil, oregano, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

Grind to homogeneity, finally add the tomato puree and mash again. Pour the pate into another bowl, cool and serve with crackers, slices of bread, pickles or fresh vegetables.
