Required products :
1/2 kg soybean sprouts
connection green onion
4 cloves garlic
1 incomplete teaspoon soy sauce
oil
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the sprouts with boiling water and pour them into a bowl with hot oil. Add salt to taste, reduce the heat and close the pan with a lid. Allow to cook until the unpleasant odor disappears, then pour water and let it boil for a while. Just before removing from the heat, add the chopped green onions, crushed garlic and a little soy sauce.
To get a more flavored soup, you can add meat and sesame seeds.
