How To Cook Spaghetti Bites With Sausage And Zucchini - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of spaghetti
  • 3 broken eggs
  • 1/4 tea cup flour
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 80 finely chopped sausage
  • 2 large zucchini, grated
  • olive oil for frying
  • 100 grams of dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2/3 tea cups tomato chutney

Method of preparation :

Boil the spaghetti, drain and leave to cool.

Mix the eggs, flour, garlic and parmesan in a large bowl. Add salami, zucchini and spaghetti. Stir to mix the products evenly.

Heat olive oil in a large pan, let the amount of fat be more.

Take a small handful of the mixture, shape it and carefully put it in the hot oil. Fry for about 2 minutes to become a crispy bite, then drain on kitchen paper.

Prepare all the spaghetti bites in the same way.

Combine the sun-dried tomatoes with the tomato chutney and serve with the crispy spaghetti bites.
