Learn how to cook "Spaghetti cakes with mushrooms and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 grams of boiled spaghetti
5-7 fresh mushrooms
2 eggs
70 grams of yellow cheese
1/2 sweet red pepper
salt, pepper and other spices to taste
green spices to taste
frying oil
Method of preparation :
Boil the spaghetti until done, drain the water and leave to cool. Then make a few incisions with a knife on them and then add the eggs.
Cut the green spices and pepper, put them in the bowl with the spaghetti.
It's the mushrooms' turn. Also chop them finely before mixing with other products. Season everything to taste, stir and let the combination stand for 10-15 minutes so that the mushrooms can soften. Finally, add the grated yellow cheese and stir with a fork.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the spaghetti dough cakes in it, from which scoop with a spoon.
Cook on both sides until a beautiful yellow crust appears.
You can serve with sour cream, ketchup or another favorite sauce. They are delicious both hot and cold.
