How To Cook Spaghetti Casserole With Spinach, Ham And Dried Tomatoes - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of spaghetti
  • 200 grams of spinach
  • 200 grams of ham
  • 50 grams of dried tomatoes
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 20 grams of salt
  • black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the spinach leaves, then spread them on a napkin to absorb moisture. Then saturate them.

Boil the spaghetti in pre-salted boiling water, adding a piece of butter. Do not boil them completely, let them remain slightly firm. Drain the water and allow the pasta to cool.

Pour the cream into a bowl, add the eggs and beat, seasoning the mixture with salt and pepper.

Grate the yellow cheese and cut the ham into cubes. Pour them into the egg-cream combination and stir.

Then in the same bowl add the spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and stir again.

It's time for the spaghetti, mix the products thoroughly and distribute them evenly in a pan, pre-greased with a thick layer of oil.

Place the dish in a preheated 170 degree oven for 45 minutes.

You can serve the finished casserole hot or cold, it is always delicious.
