How To Cook Spaghetti In Cream With Walnuts And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spaghetti in cream with walnuts and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 grams of spaghetti or other favorite pasta

80 - 100 grams of walnuts

1 - 2 cloves garlic

1/2 bunch parsley, coriander or other green spice to taste

220 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 20%

4 tablespoons hot ketchup

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons grated cheese

salt and ground black pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the spaghetti until done.

Grind the walnuts, chop the garlic finely and fry them in olive oil together with the green spice you have chosen for about 2 minutes. Then add the cream, ketchup and let the sauce simmer for 10 minutes on low heat. Finally, season and add the yellow cheese.

Pour the spaghetti into the bowl with the resulting combination and serve hot.
