Learn how to cook "Spaghetti in sour cream sauce with walnuts". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
300 grams of spaghetti
1 cup walnuts
200 ml cream (over 15% fat content)
30 grams of Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic
1.5 tsp. Sol
3 grams of ground black pepper
fresh parsley
Method of preparation:
Boil the spaghetti in salted water until almost completely cooked. Clean the walnuts, put them to dry in the oven and then grind them finely (to become like crumbs). Melt the butter and add the walnuts to it, stir, leave the mixture on low heat for about 3 minutes, stirring all the time. Add the cream and when it starts to boil, add the crushed garlic, chopped parsley, salt and freshly ground black pepper, stir. Reduce heat to low and leave the sauce on for another 3 minutes. Pour the spaghetti over the mixture, stir and after a minute remove from the heat.
Spaghetti is served hot and generously sprinkled with grated Parmesan. Garnish with parsley leaves!
