Learn how to cook "Spaghetti meatballs with bacon and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
200 grams of spaghetti
3 eggs
connection green onions
100 grams of smoked bacon
1 sweet red pepper
70 grams of yellow cheese
black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Break the spaghetti into 2 or 3 pieces to make it easier for you to shape the meatballs later. Boil them in salted water.
Then drain the liquid and add the eggs.
Finely chopped green onions.
The pepper.
Diced smoked bacon.
Finally, the grated yellow cheese. Add salt if necessary, but remember that the bacon and cheese are salty.
Season with ground black pepper to taste and mix everything thoroughly.
Using a spoon, scoop out the resulting mixture and form meatballs in a pan with hot oil.
Fry them for 3 minutes on one side, then turn on the other for the same time.
The golden meatballs are ready, and you can experiment with the mixture, adding mushrooms, sausage or your favorite products.
