How To Cook Spaghetti Nests With Meat, Mushrooms And Spices - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of cooked al dente spaghetti
  • 250 grams of beef cut into juliennes
  • 200 grams of spinach, finely chopped
  • 2 green onions
  • 100 grams of finely chopped mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • green spices of your choice for decoration
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Grease medium-sized muffin tins with olive oil and arrange the spaghetti in them. Refrigerate for half an hour, during which time make the filling. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the onion.

Add the chopped beef, spinach, mushrooms and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stew the mixture until the meat is ready and add the sour cream, cream cheese, mustard and soy sauce.

Cook on low heat for another 5-6 minutes and set aside. Remove the spaghetti from the tins and garnish each resulting nest with the aromatic mixture. Arrange, garnish with spices, serve and enjoy.
