How To Cook Spaghetti Nests With Minced Meat And Cheese - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of spaghetti
  • 400 grams of minced meat mixture
  • 1 large carrot
  • 1 head old onion
  • 2 sweet peppers (can be frozen and chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • salt, parsley, black pepper, dill
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 75 grams of yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

Onions and peppers cut into small pieces, grate carrots.

 

Heat the oil and fry the minced meat in it, stirring.

 

Then add the vegetables to it, season with salt and ground black pepper, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Then put the ketchup, stir again and after 1-2 minutes the filling is ready.

 

Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package and use a fork to form nests in a pan.

Put 2 tablespoons of minced meat in each, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and finely chopped green spices.

 

Place the dish in the oven that you previously heated to 200 degrees.

 

In about 10-15 minutes the yellow cheese will melt and you can serve the dish.
