How To Cook Spaghetti Pie With Tomato Sauce, Ricotta And Mozzarella - Recipe

Required products :

  • 220 grams of spaghetti
  • 2 eggs - broken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian spices
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 head onion - chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic - pressed
  • 500 grams of minced beef
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons tomato sauce marinara
  • 1 cup ricotta tea
  • 1 cup grated ripe mozzarella
  • parsley for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Grease a 20 cm diameter tray with oil or spray with cooking spray.

Boil the spaghetti for 3 minutes shorter than indicated on the package.

Mix the pasta with the eggs, 1/4 tea parmesan and Italian spices . Transfer to a pan and spread the spaghetti sideways on the walls to make a nest.

Fry the onion in olive oil until soft, add the garlic and fry until it releases its aroma. Add the minced meat and fry for 7 minutes, stirring to finely chop. Season with salt and pepper, pour the marinara sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.

 

Distribute the ricotta in the spaghetti nest, put the tomato sauce with meat on top.

 

Sprinkle with mozzarella and remaining parmesan. Bake for 30 minutes at 170 degrees.

Before removing the spaghetti pie from the pan, wait 10 minutes for it to cool and retain its shape when served.
