How To Cook Spaghetti With Anchovy Sauce, Olives, Capers And Parsley - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spaghetti with anchovy sauce, olives, capers and parsley". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 450 grams of spaghetti
  • 1.5 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1/3 tea cup olives (green, pitted)
  • 4 anchovies
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Using a food processor, grind the garlic, onion, capers, parsley, anchovies and olives. Put 1/2 teaspoon of salt, pepper and pour olive oil.

Make the mixture homogeneous.

Boil the spaghetti in salted water, following the instructions on the package.

Drain the liquid, pour a little olive oil and stir.

Spread on a plate and serve with the aromatic sauce.

Garnish with whole olives and serve.
