Add salt to water and boil the pasta for about 10 minutes. Drain and save 1/2 cup of the liquid in which you cooked the spaghetti.
Meanwhile, fry the bacon, remove the excess fat from it by placing it on a napkin to cool.
Fry the garlic in the pan for 30 seconds and transfer the pasta there. Stir to roll in the bacon fat.
Blend the avocado with parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Pour the separated water and pour the resulting sauce over the spaghetti.
Stir and serve.
Sprinkle each serving with chopped bacon and grated Parmesan.
