How To Cook Spaghetti With Beans And Spicy Tomato Sauce With Parmesan - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 50 milliliters of white wine
  • 400 grams of boiled white beans
  • 500 grams of tomato puree
  • 100 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • salt, black pepper, hot red pepper
  • fresh basil for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Boil the pasta in salted water and cool it in cold. It is good to stay in the water while you prepare the sauce. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry the garlic cloves, finely chopped. Add the tomato puree, wine, salt, black, red pepper, parmesan and finally the beans.

Stir, reduce heat to low and cook for 10-15 minutes. Strain the spaghetti and pour it into a large saucepan to which you add the tomato sauce. Stir, distribute portions and serve the pasta garnished with fresh basil sprigs.
