A healthy recipe for chicken breast with a creamy mustard sauce that is quick to prepare and so delicious, garnished with chopped fresh sage.
Required products :

Method of preparation :
Put water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil, then pour the spaghetti and cook according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder and 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Put the flour in a shallow bowl and roll the chicken fillet on both sides, shaking off the excess flour. Save 2 teaspoons of flour and discard the rest.
Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken fillet on both sides until golden brown and done, then transfer to a clean plate.
Reduce heat and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. Fry the chopped shallots, stirring, until it starts to brown. Then add the wine and cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Mix the water with the preserved 2 teaspoons of flour in a small bowl. Pour into the pan and stir until thickened, then remove from the heat and add the sour cream, mustard, 2 tablespoons of sage and the remaining 1/4 teaspoon of salt and pepper, mix well. Return the chicken to the pan with the sauce and stir.
Serve the spaghetti with the chicken and sauce. Optionally garnish with sage.
