How To Cook Spaghetti With Chicken In Milk Sauce With Onions - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 packet of spaghetti
  • 80 milliliters of olive oil or sesame oil
  • 300 grams of chicken fillet (maybe pork)
  • 150 grams of cream
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 2 - 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 onion

Method of preparation :

Heat the fat, fry the garlic in it briefly and remove it. Cut the fillet into thin and long strips, fry it in the same fat and remove as well. Pour the finely chopped onion into the oil when it is fried, add the flour, stir and pour the milk in a thin stream. Stir again. You should add the tomatoes, cream, parsley and meat that you took out earlier. Cook everything over very low heat for 10 - 15 minutes.

Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Transfer them to a deep bowl and pour the prepared sauce over the meat. Serve immediately while hot. With spices, everyone can taste their portion according to their preferences.
