Required products :
250 grams of spaghetti
2 eggplants
3 tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
dill
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Boil the spaghetti in salted water and then drain with a colander.
Make the sauce: cut the aubergines into pieces and fry them with the chopped garlic in the oil. Add the tomatoes (also chopped), add salt and pepper to taste and fry everything for 10 minutes.
Pour the spaghetti into a suitable dish, pour the sauce and garnish with dill.
