Necessary products:
400 grams of spaghetti
1 onion
500 grams of minced meat
1/2 head of garlic
2 tomatoes
1 egg
2 teaspoons tomato paste
pinch of ground black pepper
salt to taste
rolling flour
Method of preparation:
Boil the spaghetti. The golden ratio for this is: 1 liter of water, 100 grams of spaghetti, 10 grams of salt. Make the meatballs: mix the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, add the egg, garlic, season with salt and pepper, shape the meatballs and roll them in flour. Then lightly fry them in hot oil, add the tomatoes and stew. Dilute the tomato puree with water and pour it over the other products. Season with salt, pepper, basil and more of your choice.
After you have cooked the spaghetti until ready, drain the water, add a little butter or olive oil (whichever you prefer). Add a little salt. Mix the spaghetti with the meatballs in the sauce and serve.
