How To Cook Spaghetti With Mushrooms, Cheese And Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spaghetti with mushrooms, cheese and cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 250 grams of spaghetti
  • 400 grams of mushrooms
  • 250 milliliters of high-fat cooking cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100 grams of mozzarella
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 5 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/3 teaspoon flakes of red chili pepper
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground sweet red pepper
  • olive oil, black pepper, salt

Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, clean the garlic cloves and crush them with a knife, then chop finely. Cut the parsley leaves as well.

Heat a small amount of olive oil (2 tablespoons) in a pan. Pour the mushrooms and garlic into it, sprinkle with red pepper, basil and fry on high heat for 3 minutes. Then season with pepper, salt, pour the cream, put the cheese.

Once the sauce boils, reduce the heat and let the mixture boil, stirring constantly, until the mozzarella and parmesan are completely melted. Finally add the parsley.

Meanwhile, boil the spaghetti (al dante) and drain the liquid with a colander, leaving some of it on the bottom of the pan (you may need it in case the sauce needs to be diluted).

Pour the spaghetti into the sauce and heat the dish for 2-3 minutes. If it is too thick, use the water you separated a while ago.

Stir, sprinkle with chili pepper flakes and serve immediately.

Enjoy your meal!
