Learn how to cook "Spaghetti with cream cheese and olive pesto sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of spaghetti or pasta
150 grams of a mixture of parsley, basil and mint (leaves only)
200 grams of a mixture of green and black olives
20-30 grams of roasted almonds
1 large clove of garlic or 2 smaller
4 tablespoons of cream cheese (or cottage cheese)
olive
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the olives. Finely chop the parsley, basil and mint leaves.
Crush the garlic with 1 teaspoon of salt, then add the green spices, almonds and olives, adding a little of them, alternating them. Gradually add olive oil to taste. You can use a blender to grind everything together.
When a homogeneous paste is obtained, transfer it to a suitable bowl and add the cream cheese to it. Season with ground black pepper and more salt if necessary.
Boil the spaghetti in a large amount of salted water according to the instructions marked on the package. Then drain the liquid with a colander and spread the spaghetti on a plate. Sprinkle with olive oil and serve immediately with 1-2 tablespoons of sauce.
