Boil the spaghetti in well-salted water (do not worry that you will oversalt them, they will absorb just as much salt as needed), until ready, be careful not to boil them, their center should be slightly firm. Drain them and save 1 cup of the liquid in which they were boiled.
In a bowl, mix the ricotta, olive oil, pecorino, lemon juice and zest, season to taste (salt and pepper, and hot pepper, if you like). Put the mixture with ricotta and 1/4 tea cup of the separated water in the paste and stir, if you find a thick sauce, add a little more water until you reach the desired consistency.
Serve with basil, extra pecorino (parmesan) and a drizzle of olive oil.
