How To Cook Spaghetti With Roasted Garlic Sauce And Mascarpone - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of spaghetti
  • 1 head of garlic + 1 clove
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 100 milliliters of high-fat cooking cream
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • grated parmesan


Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake garlic head for 20 minutes. Then peel the cloves and add them to the mascarpone. Stir until a homogeneous sauce is obtained, in which you pour the cooking cream and put the raw garlic clove (pressed).

Boil the spaghetti until ready (in salted water and as indicated on the package).

Pour a ladle of broth into the sauce and then pour the spaghetti with the garlic supplement. Sprinkle with olive oil, season with black pepper, salt and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
