Learn how to cook "Spaghetti with shrimp, tomato sauce and white wine in foil". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of shrimp
  • 300 grams of spaghetti
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 100 grams of yellow cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • about 100 milliliters of dry white wine
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar, dried basil and salt
  • pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Peel and saturate the garlic, blanch the tomatoes, peel and cut into small pieces. Boil the shrimp in salted water, in which you put a bay leaf and a few grains of black pepper.

Make a "bowl" of aluminum foil by covering the bottom of the cup with the hole facing down with two layers of it, and then pull out the foil. 4 such "vessels" are needed.

In a hot pan pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry the garlic in it. Once reddened, add the tomatoes, spices, stir and stew.

Grate the yellow cheese, boil the spaghetti until semi-finished, drain the liquid, pour in the remaining olive oil and stir.

Distribute them in the makeshift bowls, then put the tomato sauce with garlic, boiled shrimp on it and pour 2 tablespoons of dry white wine in each portion.

Sprinkle with half of the yellow cheese on top. Cover the products with foil and place in a preheated 190 degree oven for about a quarter of an hour.

The dish is ready. Spread the remaining yellow cheese on the portions and serve.

Enjoy your meal!
