Required products :

  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 2 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1/4 tea glass of white wine
  • 3/4 tea cup cream
  • the juice of half a lemon
  • 500 grams of smoked salmon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup capers
  • 2 tablespoons dill

Method of preparation :

Boil the pasta in salted water and strain it, saving half a cup of the liquid in which you prepared it.

While the spaghetti is cooking, fry the onion in the fat for 5 minutes until soft. Add the garlic and stir, pour in the wine and cook until reduced, about 5 minutes. Add the cream and cook for another 5 minutes to thicken the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the salmon, capers and dill to the sauce and after 2 minutes put the pasta in the same pan. Stir and add the water if you find the sauce too thick.

Garnish with more dill and serve.
