Necessary products for two servings:

 

  • 250 grams of spaghetti
  • 1 carrot, peeled
  • 1 onion, peeled
  • 4 soft tomatoes
  • 10 grams of red pepper
  • 30 milliliters of red wine
  • a pinch of sugar
  • salt, pepper
  • 3-4 stalks of fresh basil
  • oil for stuffing
  • 200 milliliters of tomato juice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt after boiling and boil the spaghetti. Cool them in cold water so that they do not stick together. Heat oil in a saucepan and fry finely chopped carrots, onions and tomatoes.

Season with black pepper, paprika salt and sugar. The sweetener is added so that the sauce does not sour. Pour the wine, tomato juice and reduce the power to a minimum.
