How To Cook Spaghetti With Tomato Sauce With Chicken Pieces - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of spaghetti
1 onion
1 carrot
200 grams chicken breast
75 milliliters of oil
3 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons butter
salt

 

Method of preparation :

Peel an onion, cut it into cubes about 1 cm in size.

 

Peel a carrot and cut it in this way.

 

Boil the chicken breasts until cooked and cut into small pieces.

Heat the oil in a suitable pan and fry the vegetables in it. When soft, add the meat and let it cook for 2-3 minutes (until it turns red).

 

Once this happens, pour water, which should cover the products. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste and then add the tomato puree.

 

Let everything simmer for 5-7 minutes under a lid, then remove the lid and let the sauce cook until the liquid evaporates (the density is according to your personal preferences).

 

Cook the spaghetti until ready according to the instructions on the package. Drain the water and add butter or oil to taste. Stir and serve with the chicken sauce.
