Learn how to cook "Spaghetti with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of spaghetti
600 grams of ripe tomatoes
1 bunch fresh basil
250 grams of mozzarella
2 tablespoons olive oil
freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :
Grate the tomatoes in a deep bowl and add the basil to them. Chop the mozzarella (if in brine, add it). Add olive oil, spices and stir. Place the bowl with the mixture in a water bath and let the contents cook until a paste is obtained.
Boil the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package and drain the water. Put them in a suitable dish and add the pasta. Stir, try and, if necessary, add more salt. Finally, sprinkle with olive oil and serve.
