Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of flavored minced beef
  • 200 grams of tomatoes
  • 2 red peppers
  • a few cloves of garlic
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 fresh oregano leaves
  • 100 milliliters of red wine
  • 1 tablespoon corn flour
  • a pinch of sugar
  • olive oil for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste


Method of preparation:

 

Heat olive oil in a pan, form meatballs and fry them. Drain them and set aside. Saute finely chopped onions, garlic, tomatoes and peppers in the same fat.

Season with chopped parsley and oregano, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Bring the sauce to a boil over low heat, mix the flour with the wine and pour over the dish.

Stir until thickened and add the meatballs. Serve warm, garnished with fresh spices of your choice.
