Sift flour, salt, sugar and baking powder.
Add the oil and mix with a wire.
Beat the eggs with the milk and pour them gradually into the flour, if not necessary, do not put the whole amount of eggs. Knead on a kitchen counter for about 10 minutes to get a soft dough.
Leave it under a towel in a floured bowl for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into 25 balls and arrange them in a tray on a sheet of paper. Cover them with a towel to keep them from drying out.
Roll out a ball and cut it with a plate to get a perfect circle. Put some yellow cheese in the center and fold. Smear the edges with a little water and close in the middle. Bend the edges or press them with a fork.
Put under the towel and finish the rest of the bread.
Fry in hot oil until golden.
Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
