How To Cook Spanish Soup With Spaghetti And Meatballs - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 liters of water
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 100 milliliters of white wine
  • 2 carrots, cut into circles
  • 100 grams of corn
  • 100 grams of peas
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • salt, pepper and cumin
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 150 grams of spaghetti
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley

 

Method of preparation:


Season the minced meat with salt, pepper and cumin to taste. Pour the water and wine into a saucepan and bring to a boil. As soon as this happens, shape and add the meatballs.

Stir and add the vegetables. Season with turmeric, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat for 30-40 minutes, add the spaghetti and turn off the heat.

Allow the soup to cool, pour in portions and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. If desired, you can sprinkle with crushed hot peppers.
