Wondering what side dish to prepare for the main course, and you have a lot of carrots on hand. Peel them, season with spices to taste, bake in the oven and serve with a dip of yogurt with garlic or sour cream with lemon juice.

Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
Combine the carrots with the spices and arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes or until soft.
Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice. Serve the roasted carrots on a plate and sprinkle with cream, pistachios and fresh coriander.
