Method of preparation :
Fry onions and garlic in 1 tablespoon of olive oil for 3 minutes. Transfer to a blender along with the roasted peppers, chicken broth, 1 tablespoon olive oil and hot pepper and pulse until smooth. Return to the pan, add the beans and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour the corn and season with salt.
Serve the soup and garnish with yogurt, coriander and a slice of lemon.
