Required products :
1.5 teaspoons bulgur
3 teaspoons water
1 eggplant
1 sweet red pepper
2 tomatoes
1 onion
2 carrots
1 hot pepper
1 clove garlic
100 milliliters oil
salt and spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Heat the oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Put the chopped onions (in semicircles) and carrots (in straws), fry them until golden brown. When this happens, add the chopped tomatoes, eggplants and sweet peppers. Let the vegetables simmer for 10 minutes. Then pour the bulgur on them, add the spices, pour the water (it should cover the bulgur by 1.5-2 centimeters). Finally, add the hot pepper and the garlic head (whole), close the pan with a lid and leave the dish on the stove for 10 minutes.
When removed from the heat, wait 5 minutes, stir and remove the garlic and hot pepper before serving.
