How To Cook Spicy Butter With Ginger, Garlic And Thyme - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spicy butter with ginger, garlic and thyme". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

200 grams of butter
30 grams of fresh ginger
1 hot pepper
1-2 pinches of salt
1-2 pinches of ground black pepper
1 clove of garlic
10 grams of fresh thyme

 

Preparation :
Wash the thyme, dry and separate only the petals.


Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Chop the garlic.


Wash the hot pepper, dry it, cut it in half lengthwise and remove the seeds. Wash under cold running water. Then cut it into small pieces.

 

Add all the prepared products to the softened butter, a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. Stir thoroughly.


Put the resulting mixture on plastic wrap and wrap, tying the ends.


Put the butter in the refrigerator for a day, when you will be able to spread a slice with it.
