Required products :

  • 8 medium carrots
  • 100 milliliters of cooking liquid cream
  • 1 head of old onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 50 grams of ginger root
  • 2 large round loaves / bread
  • 200 milliliters of chicken broth
  • salt to taste
  • green spices for decoration

 

Method of preparation :

Peel the orange vegetables, cut them into circles and pour into a suitable bowl. Add the chopped onion, garlic and ginger, add the butter and let the spices fry for 5 minutes.

Then pour the broth over them, let it boil for 10-20 minutes and then add salt.

Wait for the soup to cool and puree it using a blender. At the end of whipping, pour the liquid cream.

Make the bread bowls by first cutting off the top of the loaves and then removing the inside. Dry them in the oven and spread the cream soup in them.

Garnish with petals of green spices and enjoy!
