How To Cook Spicy Casserole With Chili, Beans And Minced Meat - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of minced beef
  • 250 grams of canned red beans
  • 1 onion
  • 3 ripe tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 red or green hot peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • salt, cumin and black pepper
  • olive oil for frying
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • hot red pepper
  • 200 milliliters of vegetable broth
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a deep frying pan, heat the fat and fry the chopped onion. Add the minced meat and use a wire stirrer to fry and finely chop it. Add salt and season with black pepper, paprika and cumin to taste.

Cut the tomatoes, peppers and carrots into small cubes and add them to the mixture. Season with chopped garlic, parsley and beans. Pour the broth, let the dish simmer on low heat until the liquid is reduced and transfer to a pan.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool, pour the casserole in portions and serve warm, sprinkled with grated cheese.
