How To Cook Spicy Chicken Heart In Cream With Parsley - Recipe

Required products :

  • 800 grams of chicken heart
  • 500 milliliters of cooking or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 20 grams of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • parsley
  • Red pepper
  • 2 pinches of black pepper
  • pinch of salt

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the hearts, then fry them in a little oil, sprinkle with flour and pour the cream. Cover with a lid and let simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Garlic and parsley can be saturated with a knife or are bold in a blender, cut the pepper into thin circles. Pour these products into the hearts, season with pepper, salt and stew for another 5-10 minutes.
