Learn how to cook "Spicy chicken wings with parmesan, garlic and aromatic herbs in the oven". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1.5 - 2 kg of chicken wings
3 liters of cold water
1 bay leaf
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
8 - 10 cloves of garlic + a pinch of salt
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
3 - 4 tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)
2 teaspoons hot red pepper (or cayenne for even more spicy taste)
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1 cup finely grated Parmesan tea
70 - 80 grams of balsamic vinegar
cream sauce and chopped fresh parsley to serve
Method of preparation :
Wash the wings, cut them.
Pour the water into the pan, add the vinegar, salt and bay leaf.
Also thyme, oregano, rosemary and bring the water to a boil.
Then put the wings and let them cook for 15 minutes. Remove them on a wire rack to cool and dry.
Crush the peeled garlic cloves with a pinch of salt.
You should get a mess.
Mix garlic, olive oil, red and black pepper in a bowl.
Stir.
Roll the wings in the resulting marinade, add the breadcrumbs and stir.
Then pour half of the grated Parmesan cheese.
Arrange the wings in a pan, sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
Bake in the oven on medium heat for 20 - 25 minutes at a temperature of 230 degrees.
Appetizing wings with a crispy golden crust and spicy taste are obtained.
Serve with cream sauce and chopped fresh parsley.
