Necessary products:
4 cobs of corn
50 grams of butter
1 - 2 red chili peppers
50 grams of spicy cheese / yellow cheese (you can also use parmesan)
2 limes
Method of preparation:
Boil the corn in salted water until done. Cut the peppers into small pieces, grate the cheese and cut the lime into circles.
Dry the finished corn and grill or in the oven on the grill function, turning it periodically until it starts to darken (about 10 minutes). Then grease each cob with butter and sprinkle on all sides with chili and cheese. Serve with coarse salt and lime slices
