How To Cook Spicy Crispy Potatoes With Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 900 grams of fresh potatoes
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons chili
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Method of preparation :

 

  • Wash the potatoes well and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick without peeling them.
  • Transfer them to a saucepan, cover with water and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • Heat them over medium heat and after the water boils, reduce the heat.
  • Let them simmer for about 4-5 minutes, enough to soften, but not to boil.
  • Drain the water and sprinkle the potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Close with the lid and shake the pot vigorously.
  • Add 2 more tablespoons of olive oil, sprinkle with spices and shake again to taste evenly.
  • Cover the bottom of a rectangular pan with parchment paper and grease it with the remaining olive oil.
  • Spread the potato slices on it and bake in a preheated oven to 230 degrees.
  • After 10-15 minutes, turn the potatoes over and put them back in the oven until they turn golden brown.
  • Allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.
