Required products :
2 onions
2 hot peppers (chili)
12 eggs
80 milliliters of soy sauce
4 cloves garlic
100 grams of cane sugar
10 grams of parsley or coriander
oil for frying
Preparation :
Peel an onion and chop finely.
Cut the garlic into slices.
Peel the peppers from the seeds and cut them into thin semicircles.
Pour a large amount of oil into a saucepan (about 500 milliliters), heat it and fry onions, garlic and peppers in it for about 3-4 minutes.
Then remove the vegetables on paper to drain off excess fat.
Boil the eggs hard, peel them and put them whole in the same oil again for 3-4 minutes.
Then also pull out on paper.
In a suitable bowl, mix the soy sauce and sugar, place on the stove and let the combination boil until the sugar dissolves.
Add the parsley / coriander leaves to the vegetables.
Cut the eggs into quarters and arrange on a plate.
Pour the vegetables over them and pour over the sweetened soy sauce.
The salad is ready.
