Required products :
450 grams of white fish fillet
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1.2 liters of chicken broth
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons rice vinegar or white wine
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons finely chopped ginger
2 tablespoons green onions (also finely chopped)
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1 teaspoon soybean oil
1 protein
2 teaspoons salt
black pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
Clean the fish from the skin, cut it into small pieces (about 2 - 2.5 cm). Add protein, sesame oil, corn flour, salt and pepper. Leave for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Pour the broth into a suitable container and put on the stove over low heat. Add the soy sauce, white wine, ginger and onion. Leave briefly on low heat, add the fish and stir gently. When the fillet turns white, turn off the heat. Season with hot sauce and red vinegar. Divide the soup into bowls and sprinkle with coriander or parsley.
