Required products :

2 pig ears

2 apples

1 onion

1 carrot

2 bay leaves

2 sprigs of dill

4 cloves garlic

3 cloves

7 grains of allspice

7 grains of black pepper

3 tablespoons soy sauce

salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Clean and wash your ears as usual. Then put them to boil in water, in which add the onion (do not cut the head, let it be whole), bay leaves, allspice, dill, black pepper, soy sauce, carrot, garlic, cloves, salt and cut into 4 apples. When the water boils, reduce the heat to low and cook the ears for an hour, then let them stand in the broth for another hour. Grill the finished ears until golden. Cut into pieces when cool. If desired, you can sprinkle with sesame seeds.
