Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons myrin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
  • peel and juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 fillets of 120 grams of salmon
  • oil
  • thinly sliced ​​green onions for garnish
  • sesame for garnish

Method of preparation :

Prepare the Asian barbecue sauce for the fish: in a large bowl, combine the Hoysin sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, myrrh, garlic paste, ginger, lime juice and zest and garlic powder.

Heat the grill and grease it with oil. Put the salmon on it skin side down and bake it for 5 minutes. Carefully turn the fillets and spread with sauce. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
