Required products :

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper
  • 150 grams of macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 180 degrees and line a shallow biscuit tray with baking paper.

Combine the fat with the lemon juice and sugar, mix well, dissolve the sugar, and combine the lemon and oil in a homogeneous mixture. Add garam masala, hot pepper, and season to taste with quality sea salt and grind a little black pepper.

Finally, add the nuts and honey and stir to cover each macadamia with the delicious dressing.

Sprinkle on the prepared pan and bake for 5 minutes, then stir and bake for another 8-10 until shiny, golden brown and stop sticking. Be vigilant so as not to burn the nuts.

Allow the macadamia nuts to reach room temperature, then serve.

Macadamia served in this way is a great addition to the movie night.
