How To Cook Spicy Minced Meat With Yellow Cheese In A Pan - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Spicy minced meat with yellow cheese on a pan". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of ground beef
  • 2 green peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • cayenne pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 cup grated mature cheddar cheese

Method of preparation :

Mix the minced meat, pepper, onion, garlic, flour, sugar, black and hot pepper in a pan.

Put on the stove and fry on medium heat, chopping the minced meat during cooking. When the products are browned, for about 15 minutes, add the chicken broth and sauces (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard). Stir well and after the broth boils, reduce the temperature. Let the minced meat simmer for 45 minutes. Remember to stir occasionally.

When the sauce thickens (this can happen earlier, depending on the degree of the stove), sprinkle generously with grated cheddar. Turn on the top of the oven (if you have a grill function, use it) and bake the cheese for a few minutes. When it becomes golden and toasted areas form on the surface, remove from the oven (after about 5 minutes).

Serve the dish with toasted slices, and why not as a sauce to your favorite pasta.
