How To Cook Spicy Pasta With Red Beans And Minced Meat - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 250 grams of pasta with a shape of your choice
  • 200 grams of tomato juice
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • a few stalks of chopped chervil
  • salt, black and red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili
  • olive oil for frying vegetables
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 100 grams of red or white canned beans
  • a pinch of sugar
  • 250 grams of minced meat, finely chopped
  • 1-2 tablespoons red wine
  • 2-3 whole garlic cloves, peeled

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel the carrots and onions, chop them finely and fry in hot olive oil. Add the minced meat, stir and after frying pour the tomato juice and pasta.

Season with cherries, garlic, salt, black and red pepper, chili and sugar. Stir the mixture and pour the beans along with the pasta. Pour the wine and cover the container with a lid.

Reduce heat and cook for 30 minutes. Cool, distribute in bowls and serve.
